Coming to work is the best part of my day! We are more than just co-workers, we're friends and we enjoy working together. It's a great team here at Haun and I am thankful to be part of such a caring organization.

Most people dread getting up and going to work everyday. With me, the work day is something to look forward to. Everyone within the company is caring, respectful and compassionate. Haun is very family oriented and you feel as you are part of the family the moment you walk trough the door. I couldn't ask for a better company to work for!

What I enjoy most about working at Haun is the ability to help our customers. The best part of my day is when a customer leaves with a smile on their face. Haun has been a place where I have formed lasting friendships with customers and co-workers!

My favorite part about working at Haun is the people I work with, the friendships and the work ethic of everyone is great! There is always someone willing to help you out. Another great thing about working at Haun is not being micromanaged and being given the freedom and space to get the job complete in your own way. Haun will give you the tools you need to be your own boss in your department and make it your own.

Every owner will stop what they are doing to help an employee. From my first day, I couldn’t believe they treat employees as if they are on the same level. Mark Haun came into my office on my first day all excited to say hello, I thought he was another employee just introducing himself. When he told me who he was, I was I knew I made the right decision on coming to Haun. The best part of my day is when a customer thanks me for taking the time to explain something or showing them how to do something on our website.

I started as a driver 34 years ago with Haun, I am now part of the amazing Sales Team. Haun has always been a healthy, strong and growing company that cares for their employees and customers.

There are multiple reasons I enjoy working at Haun Welding Supply. Most of all, I enjoy working for a company that genuinely cares about the employees and their families, lets employees know how much they are appreciated and goes above and beyond to make it a great place to work!

I love not being "just another employee". The owners and management really recognize my worth as a team member and member of the HAUN family. There is no us, and them - just us.

In my opinion, the opportunities for growth and advancement are what sets Haun apart from so many other companies. We have employees that started off in entry level positions and have advanced into upper management roles . These success stories can be found throughout the organization.
